Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.

At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.

We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.

We’re looking for a Community Operations Manager to join our team at Veramendi, where the vision of a vibrant New Braunfels large-scale community is coming to life—one that blends modern convenience with the beauty of the Hill Country.

In this role, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day operations, governance, facilities, and community standards that keep Veramendi running smoothly. You’ll work closely with residents, contractors, vendors, community leadership, and other stakeholders while ensuring concerns are addressed, community assets are well maintained, and operational details are followed through from start to finish.

This is an opportunity to bring together community association management, facilities oversight, project coordination, leadership, and resident service in a growing large-scale community.

If you’re someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and knows how to build strong relationships while keeping operations moving forward, we’d love to meet you.
