Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.

At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.

We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.

We're looking for a Community Operations Manager to join our team at Elyson, one of Texas' premier master-planned communities spanning more than 3,600 acres with growing neighborhoods, parks, amenities, recreation centers, pools, trails, green spaces, retail, and community gathering places. In this role, you'll lead the operational side of the community, with responsibility for facilities, amenities, maintenance, vendors, community assets, governance support, and the systems and processes that keep a large, growing community running well.

This is an opportunity to bring proven operational leadership to a complex and highly active community, strengthen how work gets done, protect the physical and financial health of community assets, and partner with residents, Board members, developers, vendors, and the broader Cohere team to create an exceptional community experience.

If you’re someone who is organized, proactive, experienced, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment—and who knows how to balance accountability, hospitality, strong relationships, and getting things done—we’d love to meet you.
