Community Manager

With over 8 billion downloads and 200+ games in our portfolio, we at SayGamesthink big. We don’t believe in bureaucracy or complex vertical structures—but we do believe in people and creative freedom. Our approach has propelled us into the top 3 publishers worldwide, and we have no plans to slow down.

We are a data-driven company, relying on analytics, cutting-edge technologies, and expertise. But our true secret lies in our people—their boldness and experience allow us to push boundaries, experiment, make mistakes, set trends, and uncover the secrets of success.

About the role:

We are looking for a Community Manager to join and strengthen our team.

• Own and develop the Community Management function at SayGames, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Audit existing communities and social media channels, identify growth opportunities, and define which projects, platforms, and activities are worth investing in.
• Develop and execute community and social media strategies for different games based on their audiences, product specifics, and business goals.
• Research and analyze player audiences and use these insights to shape content, communication, and engagement strategies.
• Build a systematic approach to player feedback and work closely with product teams to turn community insights into actionable recommendations.
• Introduce a data-driven approach to Community Management: connect community data with product analytics, test hypotheses, evaluate community initiatives, and measure their impact on player behavior and business results.
• Develop a regular Community Reporting framework that provides product teams with relevant player insights, key findings, and recommendations.
• Develop direct-to-player communications and use email marketing and the web hub as additional tools for engaging, retaining, and monetizing players.

• Proven experience in Community Management in the games industry and the ability to independently own a direction without a predefined playbook.
• Strong knowledge, understanding, and genuine interest in the types of games we publish and their audiences. Good understanding of mobile hybrid-casual game mechanics and core product metrics, with the ability to apply this knowledge when building community strategies.
• Strong writing and content skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice to different games, platforms, and audiences.
• Analytical and product-oriented mindset: ability to formulate hypotheses, work with data, evaluate results, and clearly explain the reasoning behind decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Discord and other relevant community and social platforms.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Hybrid work format — cozy offices in Limassol, Paphos, or Warsaw. Remote work is up for discussion
• Flexible schedule — work at your own pace as long as you stay in touch with the team and get things done on time
• Support for self-development — free English classes, conference and course reimbursements
• Health benefits — medical insurance for you and your family, plus a sports allowance
• Top-tier equipment — we’ll set you up with the best devices for a smooth workflow
• Team-building trips across our office locations and beyond, from sunny Cyprus to Poland’s lakes, rivers, forests, and mountains.
