Community Manager

At Mindspace, work doesn't feel like work.

Since 2014, we've been creating flexible, design-led workspaces across Europe, Israel, and the US where people - startups, enterprises, entrepreneurs, and digital nomads - can thrive. With over 15,000 members in 45 locations, we blend hospitality, style, and innovation so every space feels alive.

Why you’ll love it here

Because great member experiences are built by people who genuinely care. At Mindspace, Community Managers are at the center of it all - building relationships, solving problems, creating connections, and shaping the day-to-day experience of the space.

You'll work in a fast-moving, people-driven environment where no two days look exactly the same. This role combines customer success, hospitality, account management, and community building, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on member satisfaction, retention, and the overall experience of the space.

What you bring to the table

You're naturally people-oriented and thrive on building meaningful relationships. You know how to make people feel welcomed, supported, and valued while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You're proactive, organized, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities at once. You stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly when things change, and approach challenges with a practical, solutions-first mindset. Most importantly, you take ownership, communicate thoughtfully, and genuinely enjoy creating exceptional experiences for others.
