In Niseko, we're bringing a taste of home to the slopes with two concepts in one space. By day, a relaxed Australian-style café — coffee, brunch, and easy vibes. By night, the room flips into a lively Mediterranean restaurant — fire, flavour, and a full-on buzz. One team, two personalities, every day.

We're looking for superstars to be the heart of it; People who love guests, love the energy, and want to help open something new in an alpine playground.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensure ingredients are prepped and ready for service so the kitchen is never caught without essentials.
• Ensure overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Set up the kitchen at the start of the shift or break it down at the end, ensuring the kitchen is ready for service.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience in a high-volume environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere
