Commercial Talent Program | Field Marketing – MILWAUKEE

Ready to kick-start your commercial career with an international brand where you’ll take responsibility from day one?

Through our Commercial Talent Program, you’ll start your career as a Field Marketing Executive (FME) at MILWAUKEE.

You won’t learn the business from behind a desk. You’ll learn where it happens: out in the market.

You’ll build relationships with dealers and professional end users, demonstrate our latest innovations and learn how to identify and turn commercial opportunities into results.

At the same time, you’ll be investing in your own development from day one.

Your first role. Not your final destination.

YOUR IMPACT

As a Field Marketing Executive, you bring the MILWAUKEE® brand to life every day. You’ll spend most of your time out in the field, connecting directly with the professionals who use our products.

You’ll learn what drives our customers, demonstrate how our innovations can make a difference to their work and build strong, long-term relationships.

You’ll have the freedom and responsibility to make an impact in your own region. No two days are the same.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Field Marketing Executive, you will:

🔴 build strong relationships with dealers and professional end users;

🔴 deliver product demonstrations and training;

🔴 introduce professionals to our latest tools, accessories and solutions;

🔴 support product launches, events, open days and commercial activities;

🔴 identify commercial opportunities within your region;

🔴 work closely with colleagues across Sales, Job Site Solutions and Marketing;

🔴 gather insights from the market and share them with the wider team;

🔴 continuously develop your commercial, technical and personal skills.

You're not watching from the sidelines. You're in it.

LEARN FAST. GROW FASTER.

Your FME role is the starting point for building a strong commercial career within MILWAUKEE. You’ll develop skills in sales, business development, presenting, negotiation, customer relationships and product and market knowledge. From the moment you join, you’ll receive training, coaching and support from experienced colleagues.

You’ll also work closely with different teams across the business, giving you the opportunity to discover where your strengths and ambitions can take you.

From FME, there are different potential career paths within MILWAUKEE®, including Sales, Job Site Solutions, Key Account Management, Marketing or Leadership. Your performance, development and ambition will help shape what comes next.

Start in the field. Build your future.

WHO ARE YOU?

We don't just look at your CV. We look at you.

You’re at the beginning of your career and eager to learn, grow and challenge yourself. You get energy from meeting people, enjoy being on the road and feel comfortable starting conversations with new customers.

You’re curious, commercially minded and ready to take ownership.

You don’t need to be an experienced salesperson.

What matters more to us is that you:

🔴 are ambitious and eager to keep learning;

🔴 get energy from working with customers;

🔴 spot opportunities and take initiative;

🔴 are open to feedback and use it to grow;

🔴 show resilience when things don’t go your way;

🔴 enjoy working independently while being part of a team;

🔴 take ownership of your work and your results.

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing environment is a plus, but it’s not essential. And if MILWAUKEE® products are still new to you, we still want to hear from you. We can teach you the products. We can develop your commercial skills. The drive to grow comes from you.

You have a valid driving licence and are comfortable communicating in both Dutch and English.

You bring the drive. We'll help you build the skills.
