RISK IS YOUR instinct. CREDIT IS YOUR craft.
The Opportunity
As a Commercial Risk Analyst, you’re the trusted voice in the room when decisions carry real weight.
You live at the intersection of risk and opportunity — analyzing complex credit structures, assessing multifamily real estate transactions, and ensuring every deal balances sound judgment with strategic growth.
You don’t just review deals — you challenge assumptions, uncover insights, and strengthen outcomes. Whether you’re underwriting new transactions, monitoring portfolio performance, or navigating CMHC requirements, you bring clarity, structure, and confidence to every step of the process.
Working closely with internal teams, brokers, and external partners, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality lending decisions — from origination through funding, insurance placement, and securitization.
