Commercial Partner Account Manager, Asia

At Klaviyo, we value the unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives each Klaviyo brings to our workplace every day. We believe everyone deserves a fair shot at success and appreciate the experiences each person brings beyond the traditional job requirements. If you’re a close but not exact match with the description, we hope you’ll still consider applying.

About the team

Klaviyo’s Partnerships team helps drive durable growth through our ecosystem of agency, systems integrator, consultant, and technology partners. We work closely with partners to create demand, unlock new revenue, improve customer outcomes, and bring the full value of Klaviyo to market.

Our best Partner Managers are commercial, partner-first, and highly collaborative. They know how to turn strong relationships into measurable business outcomes through joint go-to-market planning, co-sell execution, and partner enablement.

About the role

As Commercial Partner Account Manager, Asia, you will build Klaviyo’s Commercial partner pipeline across Asia by recruiting, onboarding, and activating high-potential new partners. This is a high-build, execution-first role with a clear mandate: grow the partner engine in Asia and turn that partner momentum into pipeline, co-sell activity, and revenue impact.

This role is focused on identifying and winning the right agency, services, and technology partners across Asia, prioritizing partners that meet Klaviyo’s ideal partner profile, help them build a stronger Klaviyo practice, and create repeatable motions that generate qualified demand across the region.

This role is ideal for someone with strong business development instincts who can open doors, build credibility quickly, and move fluidly between partner recruitment, GTM planning, co-sell execution, and field collaboration. We are looking for someone who operates with a high degree of autonomy: someone who can develop a clear point of view on which partners to prioritize, lead value conversations independently, and proactively bring together the right internal and external stakeholders to move opportunities forward. You should be excited by building from the ground up, comfortable working across diverse Asia markets, and motivated by revenue outcomes rather than partner activity alone.

How you’ll make an impact

• Recruit, onboard, and activate high-potential new Commercial partners across Asia, with a focus on agencies and ecosystem players that meet Klaviyo’s ideal partner profile
• Build a repeatable Asia partner recruitment engine that expands Klaviyo’s regional coverage and creates durable partner-sourced pipeline
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through structured joint GTM plans, partner business plans, and co-sell execution
• Build strong working relationships with partner executives, sales leaders, and delivery teams to accelerate activation and long-term value
• Partner closely with Klaviyo Sales on account planning, opportunity creation, and deal acceleration
• Help partners strengthen their Klaviyo positioning, service offerings, and commercial motion so they can grow their practice profitably
• Work with Partner Marketing and cross-functional counterparts to launch programs that generate awareness, demand, and qualified pipeline
• Use data and commercial judgment to prioritize the right partners, inspect progress, and improve conversion, velocity, and output over time
• Build an evidence-backed point of view on where Klaviyo should place its bets across markets, partner types, and growth plays in Asia
• Independently lead account mapping, joint business planning, and structured partner planning sessions that translate into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
• Travel as needed to meet with partners, support field engagement, and represent Klaviyo at key events

What success looks like

• A strong shortlist and steady stream of high-potential new partners entering the funnel
• Newly recruited partners activated into real co-sell and pipeline generation motions
• Clear progress building a partner growth engine in Asia around high-fit partners that match the ideal partner profile
• Healthy partner-sourced pipeline creation, with a focus on quality, velocity, and conversion
• Strong cross-functional alignment with Sales, Partner Marketing, and regional stakeholders
• Trusted judgment on partner prioritization, forecasting, and opportunity quality, with clear visibility into risks, upside, and next actions
• Partners and internal stakeholders view you as a credible, proactive operator who can move complex opportunities forward without heavy manager involvement

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, business development, sales, account management, or a related SaaS go-to-market role
• A track record of recruiting, building, or growing partners that generate measurable pipeline or revenue outcomes
• Strong commercial instincts and a bias for action; you know how to turn activity into real business impact
• Experience working with agency, services, consulting, and/or technology partners in growth-stage or scaled SaaS environments
• Strong understanding of how agency and technology partners build profitable go-to-market motions and create commercial value with SaaS platforms
• Mandarin language capability is strongly preferred given the role’s market coverage and partner opportunity across Asia
• Experience working in Greater China Region also preferred but not required
• Confidence working directly with sales teams on account planning, co-sell motions, and opportunity progression
• Ability to build trust quickly with external partners and internal stakeholders across multiple markets and functions, from practitioners through executive leaders
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, setting priorities independently, and building structure where little exists today
• Clear communicator with strong executive presence and the ability to lead value-based business conversations
• Able to articulate Klaviyo’s product differentiation in a way that connects platform capability to partner revenue outcomes and client value
• Strong operator with sound forecasting discipline, CRM hygiene, and the ability to use data to self-diagnose gaps, risks, and whitespace
• AI fluent and comfortable using AI responsibly to improve productivity, sharpen thinking, and model modern ways of working
• Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented; you take ownership of outcomes, surface issues early, and improve how the work gets done
