You'll serve as an important connection between tenants, property managers, engineers, vendors, and operational leadership—helping ensure requests are handled efficiently and with the level of service our tenants expect.

If you're someone who notices the details, stays calm when priorities shift, and doesn't like letting things fall through the cracks, this could be a great fit.

The Right Fit

You'll be successful in this role if you're someone who enjoys keeping people, priorities, and information organized. You're responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with tenants, engineers, property managers, vendors, and leadership throughout the day.

You take ownership of requests from start to finish, follow up without being asked, and understand that great service often comes down to strong communication and attention to detail.

If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy being the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
