COMMERCIAL LEAD ASSOCIATE
Jani-King of Miami/South Florida | Hollywood, FL
Engage Customers. Drive Results. Represent a Trusted Brand.
Jani-King International is the global leader in commercial cleaning franchising, with over 6,500 franchisees and 120 regional offices worldwide. For more than 55 years, we've partnered with top organizations across healthcare, education, hospitality, stadiums, government, retail, and more — delivering professional cleaning services and unmatched customer satisfaction.
We're hiring a Commercial Lead Associate to join our Miami/South Florida team. This is a field-based role where you meet business owners, build connections, and open doors for our sales team — all while learning the skills that move you up.
You don't need sales experience. You need energy, personality, and hunger for opportunity. We'll teach you everything else — from how to start conversations to how professional sales teams operate.
If you're ready to get out from behind a desk, earn real money, and build a career with a company that's been around for over 50 years, keep reading.
What You'll Actually Do
You're the person who opens doors — literally and figuratively.
Every day, you visit commercial businesses across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties — office buildings, medical facilities, retail centers, restaurants — and start conversations with the people who run them. Your job is simple: figure out if they use a cleaning company, see if they're happy, and pass the good leads to our sales team.
You're not selling. You're not closing deals. You're meeting people, making connections, and feeding the pipeline.
You'll spend most of your day out in the field visiting businesses and meeting people. Some time in the office planning your routes and logging your activity. The rest is you, in the field, opening doors.
You're not alone. You work closely with an Inside Sales rep who takes the leads you find and turns them into appointments. You work under a Regional Director who teaches you the ropes and closes the deals. The best performers are the ones who communicate with their team every day.
What We're Looking For
Hungry > Experienced
We'll train the right person from the ground up. What we can't teach: drive, resilience, and the willingness to learn.
- Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations with strangers
- Competitive — you like having goals and hitting them
- Organized — you can manage your own schedule and stay on top of follow-ups
- Coachable — you take feedback and apply it
- Comfortable with technology (you'll use apps to log activity and track leads)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (you'll be driving around the territory)
Bonus points: Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or any job where you had to meet goals
Why You'll Love Working Here
💰 Compensation Package
$28 – $32/hour base + monthly commission & bonuses
Medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, paid holidays, PTO + company cell phone & mileage reimbursement
Your base pay increases as you hit milestones. Commission is paid monthly on the deals that come from your leads. Top performers earn well above base — some double it.
- Real Training: Day-one onboarding with scripts, role-playing, and field coaching. We don't just hand you a list and wish you luck.
- You're Not Alone: You work directly with an Inside Sales rep and a Regional Director. You're part of a team, not out there figuring it out solo.
- Tools & Support: Company cell phone, mileage reimbursement, professional apps to track your work, marketing materials — everything you need to succeed.
- Clear Path Up: Start here, move into Inside Sales, then Account Executive or management. We promote from within — if you produce, you advance.
- Established Brand: Jani-King is the biggest name in commercial cleaning. Our reputation opens doors. You just walk through them.
- Stability + Upside: Steady base pay, monthly commission, full benefits, and the chance to build a real career — not just a job.
Location and Work Environment
This position is based at our Jani-King Hollywood Regional Office:
4000 Hollywood Blvd., Suite 695
Hollywood, FL 33021
You'll split your time between the office and the field. Some mornings start in the office planning your day. Most of your time is spent out meeting people. Afternoons wrap up back at the office logging your activity and coordinating with your team.
This is not a desk job. You're on the move — meeting business owners, dropping off materials, building relationships, and discovering opportunities across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
Expect structure, support, and the freedom to manage your own territory. If you like variety, independence, and seeing the direct results of your work every day, you'll thrive here.
