Designs, builds, and operates Canada Life's Microsoft 365 collaboration platform (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and evolves its Copilot AI implementation. Day to day: platform engineering, automation via PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, Entra ID identity work, governance/security, and incident management, on-site in Winnipeg, Toronto, or London (ON).

We are seeking a Collaboration & AI DevOps Engineering Specialist with a strong technical background to design, build, operate, and continuously improve our Microsoft 365 collaboration platform and to evolve our AI CoPilot implementation. This role combines engineering, and operational excellence to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available collaboration services across Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise collaboration technologies and DevOps practices, enabling modern workplace productivity through automation, governance, and platform optimization and have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot.
The base salary for this position is between $75,000 - $95,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
