Cluster Beverage Manager at InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay (Operational) & Kimpton Sevn Dubai (Pre-Opening)

A Role That Connects Two Hotels Through One Passion – The Beverage Identity

Two hotels.

Two personalities.

Two very different moments in their journey.

At InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay, the focus is on delivering exceptional beverage experiences every day, driving performance, developing the team, and continuing to evolve an established operation.

At Kimpton Sevn Dubai, it's about building something new — creating the beverage identity, concepts, standards, team, and culture before the first guest walks through the door.

We are looking for a Cluster Beverage Manager who can do both.

Someone who understands that great beverage programmes are built through people, product, creativity, commercial thinking, and genuine hospitality.

You won't simply oversee beverage.

You'll help shape the beverage story across two very different hospitality experiences.

Two Hotels. Two Personalities. One Beverage Leader.

Your role will connect two distinct beverage journeys:

InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay

Operate. Elevate. Evolve.

• Drive beverage performance across the existing operation
• Maintain and elevate quality and service standards
• Develop the team and strengthen beverage culture
• Identify commercial opportunities and improve profitability
• Keep the programme relevant, engaging, and guest-focused

Kimpton Sevn Dubai

Create. Build. Launch.

• Develop the beverage strategy from the ground up
• Create concepts, menus, recipes, and standards
• Establish suppliers and beverage partnerships
• Recruit and develop the opening team
• Build the beverage culture and identity before opening

The opportunity is to bring your experience from a live operation into a pre-opening environment — while understanding that each hotel needs its own personality and point of view.

Why This Role Matters

Beverage touches almost every part of the guest experience.

As Cluster Beverage Manager, you will:

• Lead the beverage strategy across both properties
• Oversee beverage operations across all relevant F&B outlets
• Drive quality, consistency, innovation, and profitability
• Develop cocktail, wine, spirits, beer, coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic programmes
• Build strong beverage teams and develop future leaders
• Establish meaningful supplier and industry relationships
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve guest experiences
• Ensure each property maintains its own distinctive beverage identity

Your challenge is not to make both hotels the same.

It's to make both hotels exceptional in their own way.

The Gig

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Cluster Beverage Manager will provide beverage leadership across both properties.

• The Opportunity: Lead one operational beverage business while building another from the ground up
• The Focus: People, product, guest experience, creativity, quality, and commercial performance
• The Impact: Create beverage programmes that reflect the individual identity of each hotel while maintaining exceptional standards

One property needs you to keep moving forward. The other needs you to build the road ahead.

Stay Human

Beverage is hospitality.

It's the colleague who remembers a guest's favourite wine.

The bartender who knows when to recommend something new.

The server who can make a coffee recommendation feel personal.

The team member who turns a simple drink into part of someone's evening.

As Cluster Beverage Manager, you will:

• Lead with warmth, confidence, and authenticity
• Build relationships across both properties
• Coach and develop teams rather than simply manage them
• Make beverage knowledge approachable and engaging
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and ownership
• Create a culture where people are proud of what they serve

Great beverage leadership starts with great people.
