Cloud Sales Representative

Acronis is a world leader in cyber protection, delivering natively integrated solutions that monitor, control, and protect the data that businesses and lives depend on. Driven by our passion to protect every workload, we’ve built the industry’s only all-in-one cyber protection platform. We are looking for a Cloud Sales Representative to join our mission of protecting the digital world.

The Cloud Sales Representative will drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new service provider partnerships in the middle east. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure, while collaborating closely with internal teams and distribution partners. This role requires a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the cloud computing landscape.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Attract and engage new Service Providers (SPs) to join Acronis by reaching out to:
  • Warm prospects (event attendees, trial users, inbound interest)
  • Engaged prospects (email engagement, website activity)
• Identify and source new SP prospects using LinkedIn, Salesforce, and professional networks
• Connect with potential partners via approved communication tools (Avaya, Teams, Outlook, etc.) to assess interest and perform structured qualification (BANT), including:
  • Customer environment, needs, budget, pain points, decision makers, competitors, and workloads
  • Research each prospect prior to outreach and tailor messaging and discovery questions accordingly
• Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end:
  • Qualification, demos (with Solution Engineers when required), negotiation, and deal closure (online/offline contracts)
• Ensure onboarding of high-quality Service Providers who are committed to long-term growth with Acronis
• Maintain accurate pipeline management in Salesforce, including timely follow-ups and forecast updates to management
• Align closely with Distributors in the assigned region through regular syncs, joint activities, and events
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Solution Engineers, Support, Sales Enablement, Product Management) to drive successful deal closure
• Represent Acronis’ brand and value proposition consistently and professionally
• Understand the competitive landscape and clearly communicate key differentiators
• Participate in regular coaching sessions and mandatory quarterly upskilling training

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Development, or similar roles
• Proven ability to clearly articulate product value, features, and address customer questions
• Strong sales and closing skills with a consultative approach
• Cold calling experience is a strong plus
• Prior experience in the IT or software industry is preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
• Spoken English skill is highly advantageous (not mandatory)
