Maintains the organisation's Azure/Microsoft cloud environment — Active Directory, Exchange Online/Office 365, Intune, and Windows servers — covering backup/DR, networking, and PowerShell automation while providing technical support to end users and internal teams.
In this role you will ensures stability, security, and performance for the organisation Azure Cloud environment. Your work will include Active Directory, Exchange Online/Office 365, and enterprise infrastructure. Understanding how to provide exceptional service you will provides ongoing technical support to end users and internal teams.
To qualify for this opportunity, you will have:
Minimum of 3 + years of experience with Azure Cloud along with the key components of Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure
Proficiency in managing Active Directory, Exchange Online, Office 365 and Intune.
Proven experience managing Windows server environment including Microsoft services and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, networking, firewalls and failover strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration.
Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance frameworks.
Experience providing technical support to end users and IT teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
