Cloud & Infra Field Engineer - Customer Solutions

Sangfor Technologies Italy in Milan is seeking a motivated field application engineer, system engineer, or support engineer to join our team. The role emphasizes networks, cloud, infrastructure and Linux, with hands-on troubleshooting and customer training.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot systems, provide technical support, develop and deliver training, and collaborate with engineers to design and implement new solutions.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Network, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Linux systems. Provide technical support to customers. Develop and deliver technical training. Write technical documentation. Work with other engineers to design and implement new solutions. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Strong understanding of Network, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Linux technologies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
