Cloud Engineer (AI Factory)

Coesia in Bologna seeks a Cloud Engineer to align with Corporate Cloud strategy and transform business goals into scalable AI-ready cloud architectures. You will design, implement and maintain infrastructure, drive cost optimization, and ensure security and compliance across AI workloads, reporting to the IT Cloud Infrastructure Manager.

Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure for AI solutions, including networking, compute, storage, and identity services. Build scalable, secure, and observable cloud environments for AI workloads and industrial data. Lead cost optimization efforts, ensuring observability and high availability. Define and automate cloud environments using Infrastructure-as-Code for consistency and scalable deployment. Manage cloud resources for all workloads with emphasis on AI workloads, GPUs, training and inference services. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science/engineering or related field. Analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical and business challenges. Data-driven decision making and continuous learning in a dynamic environment. Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management, focused on automation of processes.
