Cloud DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes & CI/CD

Human Technopole, Milan, seeks a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize centralized IT systems and cloud-native infrastructure. You will develop CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment, and ensure scalable, secure environments across on-prem and cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with digital development, cybersecurity, and core services teams to enhance automation, reliability, and service quality, reporting to the Core Services Manager.

Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration and deployment. Optimizing build, release, and deployment processes to speed up development cycles. Ensuring seamless integration across development, staging, and production environments. Integrating automated security scans and DevSecOps into CI/CD pipelines. Developing and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Automating provisioning, configuration, scaling, and self-healing mechanisms. Implementing multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures. Planning and managing infrastructure systems, Kubernetes, Docker, and container workloads. Maintaining health, scalability, performance, and reliability of systems. Monitoring and optimizing system performance and latency. Collaborating with Cybersecurity to enforce RBAC and secret management. Diagnosing and resolving incidents and performing root cause analysis. Maintaining up-to-date technical and operational documentation. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3 years in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation. Proficiency in IaC using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Deep knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker). Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong scripting and automation skills in Bash, Python, or Go. Problem-solving mindset with focus on scalability, security, and efficiency. Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. Flexible working policies Relocation support
