The Client Success- Paid Ads role will report directly to our Head of Performance. This is a role that works closely with our clients, as well as our leadership team — giving this individual a lot of autonomy and ownership of the success of our clients and relationships.
On a day-to-day basis, you’d be responsible for managing client relationships, being in charge of the overall strategy of the accounts, and working with our team to help achieve outcomes for our clients.
We’re a small, growing team. Your responsibilities will grow and change with the company and you’ll have an enormous impact on the business.
The freedom to make the role your own!
Working across a variety of accounts with interesting people - both the clients and our colleagues.
Having real ownership of account success!
You will be the key point of contact for clients and will be responsible for building a long and lasting relationship.
You will lead the strategy and the day-to-day running of client accounts across paid-search and paid-social channels, ensuring the delivery of strong & enduring performance results.
You are the most organized member on the team – you know everything that’s happening on your accounts, communicate details to all the stakeholders, and are able to be in the details.
You are effective at troubleshooting performance dips in ad spend, communicating your progress with stakeholders, and orchestrating solutions to the identified problem.
You will be the champion of the experimentation process in order to drive more account learnings.
You will work with the paid-social, paid-search team, creative, CRO, SEO, and lifecycle teams to implement the strategy and build a feedback loop that improves the strategy over time.
You will identify key opportunities for growth and potential blockers of good performance for the client accounts.
You will align the team on messaging and goals for weekly client meetings, and orchestrate the overall strategy for how we approach our relationships with clients.
You will have an ongoing awareness of the dynamics of performance marketing and provide insight on how to leverage it.
You will support new business pitches and pitch new services to existing clients where appropriate.
You have 5+ years of direct account management experience in advertising.
You’re excited about creating processes, spreadsheets, and templates.
You’re an excellent communicator and collaborator, and think deeply about oxford commas.
You've built with AI, not only prompted it. A workflow automation, a reporting tool, a script that took a manual step out of your week.
You’re analytical, can fit a growth formula in your head, and use data/analytics tools effectively (e.g. Amplitude, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, etc).
You have experience in managing budgets in paid search and paid social advertising.
We get an unreasonable amount of satisfaction out of making the things around us better at their jobs. Clients who arrived wanting a channel fixed and left with a system. People who joined to run ad accounts and left able to build a team that runs global strategy. And most recently, our little AI agents running around our Notion docs and giving us super powers.
We're a fast growing, diverse group of goofy yet dedicated marketers, creatives, engineers, and analysts, running over $500M in ad spend across 15+ platforms. Join us!
