About you:

• BA/BS degree and experience with video technologies and/or online advertising a plus
• Willing and able to be extremely “hands-on”, in both technical and non-technical aspects when dealing with clients and teammates
• You have strong communication skills – this position requires significant amount of client interaction. Being a Solutions Engineer is all about explaining how the technology solves the business problem. You should be able to do this well, to any audience; from developers to executives, in a way that both communicates value and achieves the desired results.
• You have solid skills with web/mobile technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, ActionScript 3, Objective C, XML, etc. The more the better.

• Incredibly smart and excited about learning…
• …but are ego-free and know when to seek guidance or input
• Self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and thrive in a small company
• Optimistic with a strong sense of humor
