This role offers broad exposure to institutional clients, investment consultants and internal teams across investment, product, operations, legal and compliance. It is well suited to someone who is organised, commercially aware and keen to build deeper expertise within a global asset management business.

Why This Role Is Important to Us

Strong client relationships are central to our ability to understand investor objectives, deliver appropriate solutions and build enduring partnerships. In this role, you will help coordinate the people, information and actions required to deliver consistent client outcomes, support retention and identify needs or opportunities for discussion with senior colleagues.

• Build effective working relationships with client stakeholders, investment consultants, trustees and other relevant contacts, under the guidance of senior colleagues.

• Coordinate client onboarding and mandate implementation by tracking deliverables, maintaining clear communications and escalating issues appropriately.

• Develop an understanding of client objectives, investment strategies and servicing requirements to support relationship retention and development.

• Build and maintain strong knowledge of State Street Investment Management investment products, strategies and capabilities, and communicate relevant information clearly and accurately.

• Prepare for and participate in investment reviews, due diligence meetings and client presentations, coordinating materials and follow-up actions with investment and product specialists.

• Maintain complete and accurate client information in Salesforce, including meeting notes, stakeholder details, opportunities, risks and agreed actions.

• Support the application of anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements during onboarding and throughout the client relationship lifecycle.

• Demonstrate risk excellence by supporting a strong compliance culture, exercising sound judgement and adhering to governance, regulatory and internal control requirements.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across investment, operations, legal, compliance, product and other functions to resolve client queries and deliver agreed actions in a timely manner.

• Contribute to initiatives that enhance the client experience, team effectiveness and operational efficiency.

What We Value

These skills and behaviours will help you succeed in this role:

• A client-focused mindset and commitment to delivering accurate, responsive and high-quality service.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence preparing materials and contributing to client meetings and presentations.

• Effective planning, prioritisation and organisational skills, with the judgement to manage competing demands, follow through on commitments and escalate when appropriate.

• A collaborative approach and the ability to build productive relationships across diverse, global teams.

• Attention to detail, sound judgement and a strong awareness of risk and control responsibilities.

• Curiosity and motivation to develop deeper knowledge of investment markets, products and client needs.
