Presidio, Where Teamwork and Innovation Shape the Future
At Presidio, we’re at the forefront of a global technology revolution, transforming industries through cutting-edge digital solutions and next-generation AI. We empower businesses—and their customers—to achieve more through innovation, automation, and intelligent insights.
The Role: Client Principal Architect, Digital (HCLS)
A Presidio Digital Services Principal Architect, Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS), leads presales discovery, analysis, architecture, design, proposals, and scope-of-work creation, translating customer requirements into outcome-focused solutions through direct client engagement with HCLS accounts. Leveraging sharp business acumen alongside technical expertise, a builder mentality, presales methodology, and strong relationships (clients, Presidio stakeholders, and vendor partners); the Principal Architect assesses industry, customer, technical, and sales context to position solutions that deliver measurable, long-term value. This is a client-facing, 100% presales role that operates at the intersection of sales, delivery engineering, and customer executives to ensure we only propose solutions that are desirable for the client, feasible for delivery, and viable for Presidio
Who You Are:
- A Consultative Mind: You have a natural curiosity to understand a client's business first, before ever discussing a technical solution. You listen actively, come prepared, and ask thoughtful, open-ended questions that uncover real business friction—not just surface requirements.
- Real Executive Presence: You know how to command a room, build consensus, and make complex ideas feel simple to C-level stakeholders. You read the room, adjust your approach in real time, and are comfortable leading conversations with CIO, CTO, and SVP-level leaders.
- An Orchestrator: You're a master at leading matrixed teams. You know your job is to be the quarterback for our specialists, not the hero who does it all. You bring a strong point of view, but with enough humility to co-create solutions with experts across functions.
- Resilient and Gritty: You run towards the tough challenges and can navigate ambiguity without losing focus. You are comfortable shaping opportunities that may start out messy, incomplete, or politically complex.
- A Builder at Heart: You have spent meaningful time in delivery or engineering environments—writing code, refactoring legacy systems, building data pipelines, or architecting modern data platforms. You prefer to spend your time now in presales, solutioning, and customer engagement, but your recommendations are grounded in lived delivery experience.
- Fluent in Modern AI-Driven Delivery: You stay current on how AI is transforming software and data delivery, including how AI fits into the SDLC and engineering workflows. You are eager to understand Presidio’s AI practices, accelerators, and reference architectures so you can confidently represent them to clients and align with delivery teams.
- A T‑Shaped Leader: You bring broad, cross‑domain fluency across digital, data, cloud, and AI, with deep hands‑on experience in at least one of software engineering, data engineering, or modern cloud architectures.
- Inventing Tomorrow: You are committed to building a premier AI and Digital consultancy that blends design thinking, deep client partnership, and cutting-edge technology to deliver measurable business value.
