About 8020

8020 is a Webflow Enterprise agency trusted by some of the most recognizable brands and creators on the internet. We’ve designed, built, and launched websites for companies like Circle.com, Vanta, Warner Bros, Pilot, Dr. Andrew Huberman, Hasan Minhaj, and many more. From startups to publicly traded enterprises, we help businesses build powerful, scalable, and future-proof websites using Webflow.

We’re not just another agency — we’re a team of problem solvers who challenge what’s possible in Webflow. We work closely with Webflow’s own teams on their largest projects and have a reputation for pushing the limits of the platform. Our work spans industries, from startups launching their first website to large-scale digital transformations for corporations.

We operate with high autonomy, trust, and accountability. There’s no bureaucracy, no micromanagement — just a team of talented, high-agency people working together to do great work. Even though we’re remote, our team stays connected through regular collaboration and annual offsites that strengthen our relationships beyond the screen.

At 8020, we’re always looking to add builders, thinkers, and leaders to our team. If you’re passionate about creating, problem-solving, and working with a high-caliber team, we’d love to meet you.

A peek at (some of) our values

Be Straightforward

No bullshit, no fluff, no jargon. It does not belong. We communicate clearly and honestly, whether with clients, teammates, or partners. Friendly and approachable — but always direct.

People First

We prioritize people over profit. We understand that financial success is important, but we refuse to compromise our team’s well-being or the quality of our work to chase short-term gains.

Do Right

We keep it simple: we aim to be good to the people we do business with. If we mess up, we own it and fix it. If a contract with a client is unclear, we do the right thing and interpret it in their favor.

No Assholes

No egos, no drama, no toxicity. We work with talented, respectful, and kind people — because life is too short to deal with anything else.

Give People Freedom

We’re a remote-first company with minimal meetings. We trust our team to manage their time, work independently, and deliver great results without micromanagement.

Prioritize Momentum

Every day, we work with fast-moving startups and brands, and the reality of the work we do is that waiting for perfect information before making a decision is a luxury we often can't afford. Jeff Bezos summarized this well in his 2016 Letter to Shareholders:

"Most decisions should probably be made with somewhere around 70% of the information you wish you had. If you wait for 90%, in most cases, you’re probably being slow. Plus, either way, you need to be good at quickly recognizing and correcting bad decisions. If you’re good at course-correcting, being wrong may be less costly than you think, whereas being slow is going to be expensive for sure."

Why join 8020?

• Competitive compensation — we invest in the right people, and that includes competitive pay.

• Happiness Program — every full-time employee gets $1,000 a year to invest in their health, motivation, or professional growth — whatever makes the biggest impact for them.

• Yearly offsites — join your teammates for annual offsites in fun locations, getting a chance to collaborate, connect, and unwind in person. (The right person will join us in Cancun, Mexico,

• for this year's offsite in April!)

• Work with top Webflow developers — collaborate with some of the best in the industry on high-impact projects for global brands.

• High-trust, high-autonomy environment — we value independent thinking and initiative.

• Flexible remote work — work from anywhere with at least 5 hours of overlap with New York City time.

At 8020, we’re not just building websites — we’re helping businesses move faster and scale smarter. If you’re excited about working with a team that values transparency, autonomy, and high-impact work, we’d love to hear from you.
