Client Manager

Serpier helps brands get found in Google and cited by models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.

Through Navi, we publish across 250,000+ media outlets, so customers can stay on the work that matters.

We need a Client Manager who owns those relationships and makes sure customers get value from the platform.

What you will do

• Build long-term relationships.
• Follow up on results, and spot where the account can grow.
• Bring customer feedback back to the team.
• Help customers use Navi for search and AI visibility.
• Drive retention and expansion in your portfolio.
• Work with sales on upsell of existing accounts.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years in client success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong English. Danish is a plus.
• An understanding of SEO, content, or digital marketing.
• The ability to explain a complex idea in plain language.
• Structured, self-driven, and reliable on follow-through.
• Curious about how AI is changing marketing.
• A bonus if you have worked with SaaS or marketing technology.

What you get

• A central role in a fast-growing company.
• An office in Aarhus, with flexible working conditions.
• A small team, close collaboration.
• Room to shape the role as the company grows.
• A competitive salary and benefits.
