Role: Client Manager (representing the overall service delivery/customer success responsibility)
Reporting to: Customer Operations Manager
The Client Manager is responsible for managing large key customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle, according to the defined end-to-end customer process. The role ensures successful onboarding, implementation and ongoing service management of 3stepIT’s circular technology services, tailored to the customer’s business, processes and IT environment while balancing customer needs, service quality, cost and profitability.
Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Service Delivery, internal stakeholders and partners, the Client Manager acts as a key customer contact and ensures customer satisfaction, loyalty and long-term value. The role also focuses on optimizing the customer lifecycle process and overall customer profitability, in line with the Customer Engagement Framework.

Please note that the Client Manager role does not include commercial responsibility; such responsibility remains with Sales.
