Who We Are Looking For
As Implementation & Solutions Consultant for Southern Europe, you will own the full implementation lifecycle for our clients in the region while acting as the technical reference for the sales team during pre-sales. You will lead onboarding from kickoff to go-live for new clients and significant upsells, and support technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations for prospects. You will balance post-sales delivery and pre-sales support according to regional priorities, representing Crisis24 credibly to clients in French, Spanish, and English.
What You Will Work On
Implementation & Client Delivery
Lead end-to-end implementations for new clients and significant upsells, from kickoff to go-live
Act as the main point of contact for clients during implementation, setting clear expectations and keeping communication consistent and proactive
Define and manage project plans, milestones and deliverables using Jira, Salesforce and Certinia
Gather requirements, define success criteria and tailor the implementation approach to each client's business objectives and organisation
Share best practices to help clients optimise their use of the platform and realise its full value
Monitor implementation health, anticipate and resolve roadblocks, and ensure a smooth handover to Account Management and ongoing support
Technical Pre-Sales & Solutions Engineering
Partner with the regional sales team and Account Management team on technical discovery, solution design and product demonstrations
Support proof of concept activities and translate technical requirements into actionable implementation plans once deals close
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the full Crisis24 solution portfolio to represent it accurately in both pre-sales and delivery conversations
Product & Industry Expertise
Develop in-depth knowledge of the features and configuration options of the products supported by this role
Stay current on Travel Risk Management, Business Continuity and Critical Event Management best practices, as well as regulatory expectations relevant to clients in Southern Europe (for example duty of care and data protection)
Who You Will Work With
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product and Engineering to ensure alignment from the first technical conversation through implementation and beyond
Share client and market feedback with Product and Sales to inform the roadmap and go-to-market decisions
Communication & Reporting
Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed throughout both pre-sales and implementation phases
Record client interactions, project status, and technical engagements accurately in CRM and project management tools
What You Will Bring
Languages (mandatory)
Advanced professional proficiency in French, Spanish, and English, written and spoken. All three languages are used daily with clients and internal teams
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, solutions engineering, or technical pre-sales
Experience combining pre-sales technical activities and post-sales delivery is strongly preferred
Proven track record of managing client relationships and successfully delivering software implementations, ideally with large multinational organisations
Technical Skills
Good understanding of SaaS applications, APIs and enterprise integrations (SSO, HR systems, travel booking data); familiarity with XML, HTML or data transformation is a plus
Experience with Salesforce and project management tools such as Jira
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
Client & Communication Skills
Strong client-facing presence, equally comfortable supporting a sales cycle and leading delivery
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to run several implementations and pre-sales engagements in parallel
Mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex client needs and propose tailored solutions
Adaptability and autonomy, comfortable shifting between delivery and pre-sales as priorities evolve
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Education and Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Project management certification (for example, PMP or ScrumMaster) is a plus
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Knowledge of the security, risk management, or travel sectors is a plus
Availability for occasional travel to clients in Southern Europe
