Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing construction projects to ensure they meet all specifications, codes, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and supervise construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, airports, and water supply systems.
• Conduct site inspections and analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical advice and resolve engineering problems during construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with local Las Vegas or Nevada infrastructure projects is a plus.
