Civil Engineer

infrastructure design

This role would suit someone who enjoys technical design work, wants exposure to varied development schemes, and is looking to continue building their experience in a supportive environment with strong progression opportunities.

The Opportunity

You'll be joining a people-focused consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering

high-quality, sustainable development infrastructure solutions .

Working as part of an experienced and supportive team, you'll be involved in the design and coordination of

highways, drainage and earthworks packages

across a broad range of development projects, gaining exposure to schemes from early concept through to detailed design and approvals.

Projects are varied and can include:

Residential developments and housing schemes
Commercial and mixed-use developments
Retail and logistics projects
Education facilities
Public realm and regeneration schemes
Utility and infrastructure upgrades
Major public sector developments

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the design and delivery of

highways and drainage infrastructure

for development schemes
Producing

highway designs (S38 / S278)

at preliminary and detailed design stages
Supporting the delivery of

drainage designs (S104 / S98)

including:

Surface water drainage
