WE ARE ENTIRELY
We exist to reimagine the potential of marketing technology — as a living, breathing ecosystem. Our mission is to build the world’s first truly open, personalized, compliant, and composable MarTech ecosystem at scale.
Entirely is a community and a catalyst for marketing that matters—to businesses, brands, and the bottom line. We are building a whole world of marketing technology, bringing together innovative
solutions from established and emerging partners to unlock their full potential.
Bringing together the MarTech capabilities of Marmind, Censhare, Elaine, Facelift, and Epoq, Entirely is building a whole world of marketing technology. We are a community and a catalyst for marketing that matters— powerfully personalized and finely calibrated, at scale. Because one size fits none.
The future of MarTech is more than connected. It’s aligned. Our flexible approach is bringing together innovative solutions from established and emerging partners. By embracing complexity, we unlock potential and deliver real, measurable results.
Entirely today serves more than 2,800 enterprise clients across twelve countries, with a team of over 400 professionals. We are not just building software. We are orchestrating, not adding. Curating, not compiling. We are Entirely in tune.
Entirely is the first AI-native Marketing Operating System purpose-built for enterprise marketing organizations — consisting of AI agents, one unified intelligence graph, deployed in your environment. This role sits at the very heart of that transformation.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a new kind of marketing leader — one who doesn’t just run campaigns but architects the entire marketing operating system for Entirely. You will own ARR acceleration across our full portfolio, unify positioning across our open ecosystem, our orchestration layer, our agents, and ISVs by building a scalable, AI-native demand engine that operates faster, smarter, and more precisely than anything the market has seen.
Critically, this role has two audiences: the internal Entirely organization — where you will lead brand and demand in an agentic fashion, deploying AI agents as a core operating model — and our customer portfolio, where you will inspire enterprise CMOs and marketing leaders by demonstrating what truly agentic marketing looks like in practice.
You are not just a marketer. You are a proof point.

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DO1. Growth Diagnostic — “What’s Possible?”
- Run a portfolio-wide growth diagnostic to quantify ARR acceleration potential across all six products.
- Build a rigorous fact base: ICP fit, brand awareness, funnel leakage, channel ROI, CAC/payback, and expansion signals.
- Deliver an executive-ready 12-month operating plan with targets, initiatives, owners, and instrumentation.
- Define the Entirely portfolio story — one coherent ecosystem narrative that holds across six distinct products.
- Build a consistent executive narrative for CIO, CMO, and Chief Digital Officer buyers: outcomes, ROI, and time-to-value.
- Ensure every external touchpoint is Entirely in tune — concise, bold, considered, and human.
- Own positioning, messaging, ICP definitions, and competitive differentiation for:
- Entirely — Agentic AI & Workflow Automation
- Marmind — Marketing Resource Management
- Censhare — Content Management & Experience Orchestration
- Elaine — Customer Experience & Personalisation
- Facelift — Social Media Management
- Epoq — Search & Commerce Assistance
- Build agents that lead on packaging, pricing narratives, launch plans, and sales enablement (decks, battlecards, ROI tools).
- Build agents to run a predictable pipeline engine across mid-market to enterprise segments.
- Build agentic capabilities to drive ABM for strategic accounts — target lists, plays, and conversion benchmarks aligned with Sales.
- Own agentic growth (web, SEO, performance marketing) and event strategy (field + flagship).
- Build agents to support renewal health signals, cross-sell/upsell motions, and customer advocacy (references, case studies, reviews).
- Deploy agentic systems securing Voice of Customer loops across all internal agents & teams.
- Build a defensible AI marketing advantage: agents, second brain, reusable briefings, and playbooks.
- Create end-to-end proprietary workflows: briefing → concept → copy → QA → localisation → launch → learn.
- Develop compliance-by-design guardrails: GDPR, data residency, claims governance, and brand safety.
- Demonstrate internally what The Marketing Operator can do — and let that demonstration inspire our customers.
- Collaborate with our Campaign Orchestrator agent to take timely & compliant actions on optimizing live campaigns, CAC, payback, pipeline velocity, and LTV signals.
- Implement portfolio-wide attribution monitoring, campaign taxonomy, and experimentation cadence.
- Build a high-output team across product marketing, demand gen, brand/comms, customer marketing, and marketing ops.
- Create a portfolio marketing operating system: planning rhythm, shared services, and clear product ownership.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (12–18 MONTHS)
- Entirely’s own marketing operation becomes a reference case for what agentic marketing looks like at enterprise scale.
- Entirely defines its own category and becomes a global show case for agentic marketing in an open ecosystem.
- Portfolio story is clear, consistent, and used in every executive conversation — internally and externally.
- Agentic ABM motion live for top accounts; win-rate improvements driven by sharper positioning.
- A functioning AI-native marketing system in production — demonstrably faster, higher quality, lower cycle time.
- Marketing dashboards, experimentation cadence, and compliance guardrails trusted by Sales, Finance, and Legal.
