We are seeking a Chief Business Analyst to lead requirements and delivery support across a cross-functional application development team. You will align business and technical stakeholders, drive traceability from discovery through go-live, and support UAT and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery and document business and functional requirements
- Define success criteria and acceptance criteria for initiatives
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
- Coordinate alignment across business, product, and technical stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to clarify scope, gather feedback, and manage expectations
- Track delivery progress, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Provide concise status reporting with business-focused insights
- Plan and coordinate UAT activities, scenarios, schedules, and facilitation
- Document UAT outcomes and obtain business sign-off prior to go-live
- Validate releases post-deployment and confirm requirements fulfillment
- Maintain requirements traceability through design, development, testing, and deployment
- Create process flows, user guides, and project artifacts to support change adoption
- Document process changes, lessons learned, and best practices for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 7+ years of business analysis experience on software development initiatives
- Advanced stakeholder management experience across business and technical groups
- Strong requirements lifecycle management skills with traceability from design to deployment
- Proven project tracking skills for risks, dependencies, KPIs, and delivery status
- Strong data analysis skills to produce business-focused insights and metrics reporting
- Hands-on large language models (LLM) experience using tools like ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot for analysis and documentation acceleration
- Excellent English skills (B2, Upper-Intermediate) for stakeholder communication and documentation

- Regulated or compliance-driven environment experience
