• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, key milestones, and success metrics, providing regular updates and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Operational Coordination: Coordinate activities across teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives, remove roadblocks, and drive project momentum.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Category Management, Sales, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on business priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for project-related inquiries, facilitating effective communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Process Improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies, operational challenges, and process gaps, recommending and implementing scalable solutions to improve productivity and effectiveness.
• Change Enablement: Support the adoption of new processes, tools, and business initiatives by coordinating stakeholder communications and promoting organizational readiness.
• Continuous Improvement: Leverage data, stakeholder feedback, and best practices to drive ongoing enhancements to processes, execution, and team performance.
• Cultural Alignment: Embody and exemplify Insight's core values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony in all interactions and initiatives.
