About the Role

Leadership: This role reports to Karthik Srinivasan, ANZ Delivery Manager - Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, who is based in Sydney. He fosters a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning while empowering teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

As a Capability Lead - Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, you will own the technical direction and delivery excellence of our Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform capability. You will lead the technical execution of complex customer engagement platform modernisation programs, enabling clients to migrate from legacy CRM and contact centre systems (Salesforce, Genesys, Cisco, Siebel) to modern Dynamics 365 solutions. We will count on you to balance hands-on technical leadership with strategic capability development, mentor delivery teams, and drive innovation in customer engagement and low-code architectures.

Along the way, you will get to:

Lead a Dynamics & Power Platform practice, including managing P&L and utilisation
Lead technical architecture and delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform modernisation projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence while managing complex technical risks
Build reusable IP and accelerators including migration frameworks, proof-of-concepts, and reference architectures that scale across APAC and drive efficiency across engagements
Mentor and develop delivery teams through technical guidance, training, and knowledge sharing, while contributing to hiring and building a culture of technical excellence
Drive presales and client engagement by participating in discovery, solutioning, delivering technical presentations, and building trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders

Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.
