4. University Relations & Campus Recruiting: Represent our company at university career fairs, networking events, panel discussions, and campus info sessions to build a strong talent pipeline.
5. Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, positive, and communicative experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

1. Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. You must be comfortable presenting to large groups and engaging with university students, academic partners, and internal leadership.
2. Meticulous Attention to Detail: Outstanding organizational skills with a proven track record of managing data, schedules, and event logistics without letting things slip through the cracks.
3. Ability to Multitask & Prioritize: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously—such as managing high-volume recruiting while planning upcoming events—in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Prior experience in recruiting, HR, event planning, or university/campus relations (internship experience counts!).
