Call Center Representative
Rancho Cordova, CA
Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience + bonus/commission eligibility
You enjoy fast-paced environments, appreciate clear expectations, and take pride in getting the details right while helping customers.
Talking with people comes naturally to you. Some customers want someone who takes charge and guide them toward a solution, while others simply want someone patient who listens. You’re comfortable adjusting your communication style based on the situation and keeping conversations productive and positive.
You also enjoy the rhythm of a call-driven environment. When the phone rings, you’re ready to jump in and help. A steady flow of calls keeps the day moving, and helping customers quickly and efficiently is something you take pride in.
At the same time, you value structure and clarity. Well-defined processes, clear expectations, and accurate documentation help you perform at your best and ensure nothing gets missed for the customer or the team.
In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers calling in for support or service. Your ability to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and capture accurate information helps ensure customers receive the help they need while keeping the team organized and informed.
At Bonney, our Customer Service Representatives are the first voice our customers hear and that matters. We’ve spent over 40 years building a reputation Sacramento homeowners trust, and that reputation is built on every interaction. If you enjoy helping people and want to be part of a team where your role truly makes an impact, we’d like to talk.
