Job Description
CAD Drafter / Survey Technician – Now Hiring
Carlson, Brigance & Doering is growing and looking to add a motivated Survey Technician or CAD Technician to our South Austin team.
If you have experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and enjoy working on residential development and home construction layout projects, we’d like to talk with you.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare survey drawings from field-collected data
- Draft Form and Final Surveys
- Point Stakeout Maps
- Prepare exhibits for asbuilt conditions
- Communicate with home builders daily
- Work directly with:
- Field Crews and other support staff
- Project team leaders
- Support a wide variety of land development projects across Central and South Texas
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Survey drafting experience
- Residential development experience is
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Position Type
Full-Time, 7am to 4pm
