C++ & Python Software Engineer — Human-Centric Tech Napoli

RE:LAB is a design and innovation company in Napoli focused on human-centered tech. We seek a C++/Python Software Developer to design, develop, integrate, and evolve software components across engineering projects.

You will work on challenging systems with solid programming fundamentals and a curiosity to learn across technologies. The role emphasizes software quality, maintainability, and collaboration with software, engineering, research, and innovation teams within a human-centric design

Design, develop, and maintain software applications and components using C++ and Python. Implement new functionalities and evolve existing software solutions. Support software integration, testing, debugging, and validation activities. Develop tools and scripts to support engineering and development workflows. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across software, engineering, research, and innovation projects. Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related technical fields. Strong programming skills in C++ and Python. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, algorithms, and data structures. Experience with debugging tools and version control (Git). Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and learn new domains.
