You could work across:

• Digital & Social Marketing – helping create content, campaigns and digital experiences that connect with our consumer.

• Brand & Campaigns – supporting integrated campaigns that bring the InPost brand to life.

• PR & Communications – helping develop stories, communications and PR activity that get people talking about InPost.

You’ll collaborate with experienced marketers and teams across InPost, giving you a broad understanding of how marketing supports a fast-growing consumer business.

What you’ll be doing

No two days will be the same.

You might be helping launch a social campaign one day, supporting a PR opportunity the next, and then collaborating with a partner to develop a new consumer activation.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Support B2C marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, partnerships and wider brand activity.

• Help create engaging content for our social and digital channels, thinking about what will make consumer stop, look and engage.

• Use consumer and campaign insight to understand what’s working and identify opportunities to improve.

• Support campaign planning, from initial idea through to delivery and evaluation.

• Work with creative and external agencies to bring campaigns and content to life.

• Help develop PR stories, events and communications that build awareness of the InPost brand.

• Support partnerships with brands, charities, community organisations and other external partners.

• Get involved in CSR and social impact initiatives, helping turn good ideas into campaigns that people want to get behind.

• Explore new ways to reach and engage consumer across an increasingly digital landscape.

• Track campaign performance and use data to understand impact and inform what we do next.

• Collaborate with teams across InPost, including Commercial, Consumer Experience, Network & Customer care

• Manage your own workload, take ownership of projects and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.

Most importantly, you’ll be encouraged to bring ideas, ask questions and challenge the status quo.
