Job Description:
Department Overview
Partner Sales Department
Rakuten Mobile is currently focusing heavily on its corporate business, and the Partner Sales Department is responsible for creating and expanding business through partners (MVNOs or sales agencies). Leveraging the unparalleled and innovative technological foundation realized by Rakuten Mobile, we lead the transformation of the telecommunications industry.
Partner Sales Section
The Partner Sales Section, which is hiring for this position, works with our business partners—MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators)—to acquire corporate lines. MVNOs are telecommunications carriers that provide new value to the world by combining their own services and sales channels with Rakuten Mobile's services.
As such, there are as many different needs as there are partners, and we possess various functions to meet those needs. We provide thorough training for those who are not familiar with the telecommunications industry or the concept of MVNOs, creating an environment where even those without experience can succeed.
Position:
Why We Hire
We are aiming to expand our service planning and business development functions to meet various needs. We are looking for people who have experience in these fields, those who are interested in acquiring these skills, and those who want to actively participate in new initiatives. In addition, as we expand our new business, we will proceed while obtaining business approval at management meetings centered on internal Executives. Through negotiations with senior management such as executives, you can gain valuable experience that will lead to your future career.

Among them, the Partner Sales Promotion Management Group consists of about 5 to 7 people, and we work in a balanced manner so that the workload is not biased toward one person.
Members with a wide range of careers, from experienced mid-career professionals to young staff, are enrolled. While a certain percentage of members come from the telecommunications industry, those with experience in different industries also integrate well.
