Business Partner, Talent Acquisition

How you will contribute to Sherweb's success

At Sherweb, we believe that talent is one of the most important drivers of our success. That's why Talent Acquisition isn't simply about filling open positions. It's about helping the business grow by ensuring we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right roles, at the right time.

As our next Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a critical role in shaping Sherweb's future workforce. You'll partner with leaders across the organization to understand business priorities, identify upcoming talent needs, and build creative strategies to attract exceptional people before we even need them. We're looking for someone who thinks beyond job postings and LinkedIn searches. Someone who's naturally curious, highly proactive, and excited by the challenge of uncovering talent others might overlook. One day, you could be hiring a highly specialized Cloud Architect. The next, a Sales Executive helping expand our market presence, or a Technical Consultant supporting our customers' success. If you're energized by building relationships, solving talent challenges, influencing hiring decisions, and helping a growing technology company stay ahead of the curve, we'd love to meet you.

What your day-to-day will look like

No two days are exactly alike, and that's part of what makes this role exciting. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle while helping us continuously evolve how we attract, engage, and hire top talent.

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across a diverse portfolio of roles, including technical, cloud, cybersecurity, sales, pre-sales, leadership, and corporate functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business objectives, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing market intelligence, talent insights, and recommendations that support informed hiring decisions.
• Build relationships with both active and passive candidates and create talent pipelines that support current and future hiring needs.
• Assess candidates for skills, experience, potential, and cultural alignment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Collaborate with leaders throughout the interview process and support final hiring decisions.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives that help Sherweb stand out as an employer of choice.
• Analyze recruiting data, market trends, and competitive insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, modernize, and elevate our recruitment practices.

Creative sourcing is part of the job

We're looking for someone who enjoys finding talent where others aren't looking. You might:

• Build talent communities long before positions become available.
• Develop relationships with specialized technology groups, cloud communities, cybersecurity forums, and professional associations.
• Engage with candidates through targeted networking campaigns and referral initiatives.
• Partner with employees to uncover hidden talent within their own networks.
• Create talent maps of competitors or adjacent industries to identify transferable talent.
• Attend industry conferences, user groups, and virtual events to expand Sherweb's visibility within key talent markets.
• Use content, storytelling, social media, and employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates.
• Experiment with new sourcing channels, technologies, and outreach approaches to reach hard-to-find talent.

Because at Sherweb, we believe the best candidates aren't always actively looking.

What will help you thrive in this role

You combine strong recruiting expertise with curiosity, creativity, and business acumen.

You're just as comfortable building a sourcing strategy as you are partnering with executives on critical hiring decisions.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 5-10 years of recruitment experience, ideally within technology, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or other high-growth environments.
• Has experience recruiting across multiple disciplines, including technical, sales, pre-sales, leadership, and business functions.
• Takes a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.
• Has strong sourcing skills and enjoys engaging passive candidates.
• Demonstrates excellent interviewing and assessment capabilities, with the ability to evaluate both technical expertise and cultural fit.
• Is skilled at influencing and partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Brings creativity, resourcefulness, and a continuous-improvement mindset to everything they do.
• Is passionate about candidate experience and employer branding.
• Is bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Builds trust naturally and approaches every interaction with professionalism, authenticity, and curiosity.
• This position is primarily remote however, the successful candidate must be available to come to the office on a periodic basis for meetings, team events, training sessions, or other business needs as required.

Why this role matters:

• The teams we build today shape Sherweb's success tomorrow.
• Every great sales professional, every technical expert, every future leader, and every culture carrier starts with a hiring decision.
• That's why we see Talent Acquisition as a strategic function, not an administrative one.
• You'll have the opportunity to influence business growth, partner with leaders across the organization, strengthen our employer brand, and help build the teams that will define Sherweb's next chapter.
• The pace is fast. The challenges are real. The impact is visible.
• And when you find that exceptional person who transforms a team, you'll know exactly why this work matters.
