Business Operations Assistant

This is an entry-level role within WT's Business Operations Support (BOS) team, providing administrative and operational support to people across the business.

As part of our national support function, you'll help keep our offices running smoothly, support our people with day-to-day requests, and assist with a range of administrative, systems and business support activities. No two days are quite the same. One day you might be helping arrange travel, ordering office supplies or preparing meeting spaces, and the next you could be assisting with document formatting, project administration or internal events.

This role is ideal for someone starting their career who is organised, eager to learn, enjoys helping people and wants exposure to how a professional services business operates.

You'll work closely with the Business Operations Lead and BOS team across New Zealand, learning WT's systems, processes and ways of working while building valuable administrative and operational experience.
