This is a hands-on manager-level position for a technically strong BI professional who can translate business requirements into scalable workflows, datasets, dashboards, and reports while coordinating with Finance, Enterprise Data, IT, and business stakeholders.

- Translate operational requirements into intuitive solutions that support decision-making and reduce manual work.
- Develop and enhance dashboards and reports using sound visualization, usability, performance, and accessibility practices.
Data Quality & Troubleshooting
- Investigate discrepancies, failed refreshes, incomplete data, connector errors, transformation issues, and unexpected report results.
- Trace issues across source systems, ODH/Synapse, integrations, platform transformations, and front-end calculations.

- Provide office hours, training, job aids, templates, and guidance for viewers, creators, and power users.
- Promote responsible self-service while ensuring enterprise standards and ownership requirements are followed.
Release Management & Security
