About the role
Join our Business Excellence team at Science Park to support business operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This role suits fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years' experience seeking to develop skills in business excellence and operational support.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and deliver regular reports, dashboards, and management updates to support business excellence initiatives
Collect, consolidate, clean, and maintain accurate business data from multiple sources for analysis
Use Microsoft Excel to analyze data, identify trends, and highlight operational areas needing attention
Develop and maintain Excel reports, trackers, and databases with precision and accuracy
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational performance metrics to support decision-making
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvements
Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process guidelines
Perform data validation and checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
Coordinate with various departments to gather information and follow up on outstanding items
Provide administrative and coordination support for Business Excellence projects and initiatives
About you
Degree, Diploma, or ITE qualification in Business, Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
Very good Microsoft Excel skills are essential
Comfortable working with data, numbers, and detailed reports
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Keen to develop a career in Business Excellence, Operations, Data Analysis, or Process Improvement
