Business Development Representative

What You Can Expect

You will be one of the first voices a potential customer hears from Zoom — which means you're not just filling a pipeline, you're shaping someone's first impression of us.

Day-to-day, that looks like researching accounts, reaching out to the right people, and having real conversations about how Zoom can actually help their business. You'll work closely with Account Executives who've been in your shoes and want to see you win.

You won't just be grinding through a high-volume call list. We want someone who’s genuinely curious about customers, gets a little competitive about hitting goals, and cares about doing thoughtful work.

• Engage with C-level executives and senior leaders to uncover their business challenges and explore how Zoom can help.
• Experiment with new outreach strategies — creativity is encouraged!

What We're Looking For

• A track record of success in a high-volume outbound or sales development role.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills. You know how to make your message stand out.
• Comfort connecting with senior executives and adapting your approach to different audiences.
• A team player who thrives on shared success and collaboration.
• Resilience and optimism. You see every "no" as a step closer to "yes".
• Curiosity and a growth mindset. You’re eager to learn, evolve, and advance your career in sales.
