About this opportunity

As a BDR at AutogenAI, you'll be joining the US commercial team at the point where our fastest growth is happening. You'll have direct exposure to experienced sales leaders, work shoulder-to-shoulder with Account Executives and our product team and own the first conversation with some of the largest contractors in the country.

We're looking for people with the potential to become exceptional sellers. You'll be articulate, commercially curious, quick to learn, and comfortable starting conversations with people you don't know. You'll ask good questions, take feedback well, and be willing to keep going when the first answer is no. An interest in AI and curiosity about how the federal government buys will give you plenty to get stuck into.

📍 This role is hybrid with the expectation of 3 days per week in our buzzing Midtown NYC office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Before we get to the day-to-day, hear from a few future teammates! 📣

⭐ Brianna (BDR, US) - "Coming from an athletic background, I naturally gravitated toward a competitive work environment in tech sales. At AutogenAI, I get to compete in a rapidly growing market with a winning team and real room to grow!”.

⭐ Harry (Account Executive, UK) - “Having come from a teaching background with no sales experience, AutogenAI has given me top tier coaching, competitive & supportive environment and opportunity to be promoted twice in 12 months for rewarding top performance. If you have the right qualities this is a place you can thrive.”

⭐ Hannah (Account Executive, UK) - “AutogenAI was my first sales role and I went from BDR to AE in 12 months. Amazing people, a brilliant product, and a team that wins together. If you've got the drive, this is where you accelerate.”

⭐ Peter (BDR, US) "There's a special middle ground at AutogenAI for this role. Real systems that let you ramp quickly and competently, plus the autonomy to go find and solve problems your own way. That expectation gets said out loud here, not just implied. If you want to help build something you believe in, we want you. If you want a contact list and a checkmark after each dial, this isn't the role."
