Business Development Representative (Nordics)

➡️ About the role

Successful businesses think globally - but complex compliance challenges create significant barriers to global operations, forcing teams to spend vast amounts of time, money, and energy on administration instead of strategic priorities.

Traditional compliance approaches are too slow, vague, and expensive for modern business dynamics. That's why we've built the platform that automates compliance and duty of care for business travel, workations, and international assignments.

Our vision: A world where global business knows no borders - where compliance is effortless, so growth has no limits.

Your role in this mission: We’re looking for a Business Development Representative who’s curious, driven, and great at starting conversations. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients - identifying leads, sparking interest, and turning curiosity into opportunities.

🎯 What you will do

• Contact potential clients through phone calls and emails.

• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.

• Present our company to potential clients via in depth discovery calls.

• Participate in developing and implementing lead-generation strategies with sales and marketing teams.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales leadership by providing your insights & know-how to improve WorkFlex's value proposition, product features, and messaging for prospects and customers.

• Take care of reporting on the progress of your own deals in our CRM (Hubspot).

⭐ What you need to succeed

• You already have 2 years experience in outbound sales, preferably within a SaaS company, and know how to pitch with confidence.

• Professional proficiency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English.

• You have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. You excel at asking good questions to gain an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs.

• You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You are self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a fully remote team setup.

• You have a good understanding of technology and different sales tools, including Hubspot.

• You are passionate about remote work – you enjoy working in a remote setup yourself and want to enable many more employers to reap the benefits of this setup.

• You are willing to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to constantly improve processes and communication workflows.

🚀 Why join us at WorkFlex

• Contribute to building the future of the fastest-growing HR Tech startup in Germany backed by prominent customers such as Scout24, BioNTech, and others, as well as funding from top-tier VC and angel investors.

• Competitive salary, including quarterly bonuses tied to sales targets.

• VSOPs (Virtual Stock Options) to share in our success.

• A monthly budget of €200 to spend on 🏢 co-working space and/or 🏃‍♀️ sports subscriptions.

• Work from anywhere in a remote-only company and go on workations for up to 183 days a year.

• Merit-based culture with substantial growth opportunities.

• Trust-based work – organize your own schedule. We want to celebrate results, not hours spent working.

• Collaborative team culture where everyone's input is valued to shape the sales efforts, approaches, and processes.
