NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking a Business Development Operations Manager to support the operational, demand generation, and technical engine behind the US Business Development function within Growth Marketing. This role will help translate GTM strategy into targeted, data-driven Business Development motions across HubSpot, Clay, ZoomInfo, lead routing, AI-enabled prospecting, reporting, QA, and campaign enablement.

You can connect data, intent signals, systems, workflows, and campaign messaging to identify high-potential accounts, personalize outreach at scale, and turn strategy into practical execution for the BDR team. Finding the right accounts, the needle in the haystack, is the hardest and most differentiating part of this role. Personalization and scale only work once the right accounts have been identified. You will need strong judgment, ownership, and follow-through across B2B lead management, sales and marketing handoff, campaign execution, and the operational details needed to increase qualified lead generation and marketing-generated pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational support for the US Business Development function and drive multi-step campaigns and data workflows to completion, including lead flow, campaign setup, list preparation, routing, independent QA, and follow-up processes.
- Own HubSpot execution for Business Development workflows, including lifecycle stage movement, Lead object creation, owner assignment, routing logic, sales handoff, and reporting.
- Build, test, and QA HubSpot workflows tied to BDR campaigns, Prospecting Agent, lead scoring, routing, reporting, and sales handoff.
- Identify, prioritize, prepare, and QA company and contact lists using fit, intent, engagement, and other signals for outbound campaigns, nurture programs, event follow-up, and targeted GTM motions.
- Support data enrichment, segmentation, and signal strategy using HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related systems.
- Configure and optimize AI-enabled prospecting plays, including HubSpot Prospecting Agent, target audiences, personas, messaging inputs, exclusions, campaign context, and output quality review.
- Translate campaign strategy, personas, pain points, and available assets into usable BDR enablement materials, campaign briefs, talking points, asset recommendations, and personalized outreach guidance that balances relevance with scale.
- Partner with Growth Marketing, Brand & Digital, Sales Operations, the BDR team, and external partners to execute priority Business Development programs.
- Maintain reporting related to BDR activity, lead flow, campaign performance, BQLs, SALs, and marketing-generated pipeline, and use performance patterns to improve targeting, lead scoring, and signal strategy.
- Use strong judgment to independently QA audience, workflow, campaign, routing, and reporting logic; proactively identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues before they create downstream problems.
- Document key Business Development processes, HubSpot workflows, routing logic, campaign setup steps, Prospecting Agent configuration, and repeatable QA processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, demand generation, campaign operations, or sales development, with a clear demand generation and GTM orientation.
- Demonstrated demand generation mindset and commercial curiosity.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience, especially contacts, companies, leads, lists, workflows, campaigns, reporting, automation, and data management.
- Experience with CRM data, segmentation, list QA, imports/exports, lead scoring, signal-based targeting, routing logic, campaign setup, and process documentation.
- Understanding of B2B lead management, outbound prospecting, lifecycle stages, sales/marketing handoff processes, and how fit, intent, engagement, and other buying signals can be used to prioritize accounts.
- Ability to translate GTM strategy and campaign messaging into scalable, personalized Business Development execution, with demonstrated ownership and follow-through across multi-step campaigns and data workflows.
- Technology/software industry experience preferred (enterprise software a plus). Strong candidates from adjacent industries, or early-career candidates with demonstrated aptitude and drive, should still apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a structured and organized working style, sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and a self-directed, roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a desire to learn and grow.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

- Genuine personal curiosity about AI tools and how they can be applied practically, not just professional exposure, but real interest in how the technology works.
Success Measures:
- Increase qualified lead generation by surfacing and prioritizing high-potential accounts through targeted, signal-based Business Development motions.
- Increase marketing-generated pipeline as targeting, personalization, campaigns, lead routing, and BDR follow-up become more scalable and consistent.
- Improve reliability of HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, lead routing, AI-enabled prospecting setup, and sales handoff processes.
- Launch BDR campaigns and data workflows end to end with cleaner data, stronger audience logic, independent QA, clearer enablement, and a repeatable feedback loop into account targeting, lead scoring, and signal strategy.
