Business Development Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing initiatives to drive business growth and enhance brand presence.
• Manage daily school operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
• Collaborate closely with the School Administrator to support daily operational tasks.
• Supervise operations team leaders to achieve daily project goals and deliverables.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand and fulfill their requirements effectively.
• Address and resolve customer feedback and complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Support project research activities to inform business decisions and improvements.
• Manage administrative tasks related to Diploma of Hospitality-related courses.
• Attend to foreign students' welfare needs.
• Assist in onboarding for new students.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial-level work experience.
• University degree or diploma; majoring in Business or Marketing is advantageous.
• Proficient communication skills in English to facilitate clear and effective interactions.
• Competent in computer use, with practical experience in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
