The Company
The Mission
You will start in a heavily client-facing Account Management capacity (roughly 75% of your initial focus), learning how we service and scale our portfolio companies. As you master our ecosystem, you will transition into a high-impact, hybrid Business Development role, hunting for new business and forging strategic channel partnerships.
Your Playbook (What You’ll Do)
Founder Success & Advisory: Act as the primary growth partner for startup founders, advising them on scaling operations, go-to-market strategies, and tokenomics models.
Ecosystem Expansion: Build and leverage high-value channel partnerships with VCs, incubators, accelerators, and Layer 1/Layer 2 foundations to generate warm, inbound deal flow.
Strategic Networking: Infiltrate the Web3 ecosystem. Build relationships with key stakeholders, market makers, and exchanges (CEX/DEX) to acquire new enterprise accounts.
Market Intelligence: Continuously research Web3 developments, token models, and competitor positioning to provide actionable, value-add insights during client consultations.
Requirements
Your DNA (Who You Are)
The Experience: 2–8 years of full-time experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or B2B account management.
The Industry Edge: A background in a Web3 startup, crypto exchange, or Venture Capital (VC) fund is highly preferred.
The Network: You bring a warm Rolodex of Web3 founders, builders, and investors.
The Mindset: You possess exceptionally high EQ, a client-first mentality, and the autonomous drive required to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving startup environment.
