Business Development Manager

Snapfish (part of the Shutterfly family of brands) was built to help people archive and share photos. For almost two decades, our tools have played a critical part in changing how people around the world store and share photos with one another.

We are seeking a results-driven Manager, Business Development, who is passionate about partnerships and business strategy. In this role, you will build and advance a high-quality partnership pipeline by identifying, evaluating, and progressing opportunities that drive growth. The role will be focused on the Snapfish Global consumer business.

The Partnerships team is a small fast-paced, high-performing group. You will be a point of contact for both our internal and external stakeholders. This position requires strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership skills, as you will be called upon to identify and drive priority initiatives while working cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and Legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and advance a high-quality partnership pipeline that supports Snapfish’s strategy and growth goals
• Source prospective partners, cultivate relationships, and progress individual opportunities through the business development funnel
• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities by assessing strategic fit, customer impact, commercial potential, operational feasibility, and business value
• Develop business cases, recommendations, and execution plans that support partnership prioritization and deal progression
• Collect insights and prepare reports detailing business progress, market trends, and partnership feedback
• Ability to represent partners internally and Snapfish externally in ongoing strategic discussions
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and collaborate with all levels of management internally and externally to strengthen partnerships and maximize the benefit for Shutterfly and its partners
• Coordinate cross-functional deal support across Product, Engineering, Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations to move opportunities toward launch-ready handoff
• Own launch-ready handoff by ensuring partner context, business objectives, key terms, operational requirements, and success metrics are clearly documented for execution teams

• Strong Point of View, Team-First Mindset: You bring sharp thinking and a clear perspective to the table, and you’re not afraid to challenge ideas. But once the team aligns, you commit fully and move forward with focus and unity. You know when to push, when to listen, and how to lead through influence and collaboration.
• Clear, Compelling Communicator: You distill complexity into clarity. You set direction, align teams, and drive momentum.
