Do you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and driving growth?
The mobile market is evolving faster than ever. New technologies, AI-driven productivity, changing customer demands, and innovative business models are creating exciting opportunities for those who are passionate about business development and sales.
We're looking for a Business Development Manager (Mobile B2B) to join our team and help drive growth for some of the industry's leading mobile vendors, including Google Pixel and other strategic brands within our product portfolio.
This is a highly commercial role where success is measured by your ability to identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, develop a strong sales pipeline, and deliver measurable business results across the Swedish market.
You will act as an extension of our vendors' sales organizations while supporting reseller partners in winning new business, increasing market share, and helping customers adopt modern mobile workplace solutions.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across assigned vendors and customer segments within the Mobile B2B market.
Operating at the intersection of leading technology vendors, TD SYNNEX, and our network of reseller and telecom partners, you will help transform vendor ambitions into measurable commercial success. Through strong channel engagement, customer-facing activities, and strategic business planning, you will create growth opportunities and accelerate market adoption.
This is a highly visible and entrepreneurial role that offers significant freedom, responsibility, and influence. You will be trusted to manage your own business, prioritize activities, and create momentum across customers, partners, and vendors. With this level of ownership comes the responsibility to meet vendor expectations and deliver against agreed targets and specific KPIs.
Success requires a proactive mindset, commercial curiosity, and a strong drive to convert opportunities into results. You will work toward clearly defined business objectives and KPIs, with performance measured on an ongoing basis.

- Use forecasting, pipeline management, and market analysis to support sound business decisions.
- Balance growth, availability, and financial performance to create long-term value for vendors, partners, and TD SYNNEX.
