Isometric is the AI-native certifier of climate solutions.
We combine scientific rigor with best-in-class technology to unlock the capital and trust needed to reverse climate change.
Our customers, including Microsoft and Google, trust us to help them avoid greenwashing.
We’re looking for doers with a bias to action. Our team is brilliant and cares (a lot).
Join us for the most impactful role of your career—and the best job you’ve ever had.
Things you’ll do in this role:
Own complex, full-cycle sales to buyers of certificates across carbon, energy and industrial emissions, managing multi-stakeholder deals from sourcing through contract negotiation and close.
Represent Isometric in the market, maintaining a strong presence at key industry events — engaging prospective buyers to build pipeline and communicate Isometric’s differentiated value.
Act as a strategic signal back into the business, sharing insights from buyers and the market to shape go-to-market strategy, product priorities, industry positioning, and market expansion.
Things we’re looking for:
Commercial & technical sales excellence: Proven ability to generate pipeline and close complex B2B deals — ideally AI or SaaS, or involving a technical or category-creating product, where educating the market was key.
Early-stage operator mindset: Experience as a founder’s associate, founding AE or early sales hire — building GTM motions from scratch and using AI tools like Claude Cowork to move quickly and operate effectively in fast-moving environments.
Clear, strategic communicator: Skilled at simplifying complex topics for varied audiences and balancing hands-on execution with big-picture thinking.
This role isn’t for you if:
You want a remote job. We value in-person collaboration and spend three days a week in the office.
You prefer staying within your area of expertise and operating in structured environments. We navigate ambiguity at extreme pace and everyone is a generalist.
You’re looking for a short term gig. We’re building for the long term and looking for people ready to grow with us for 5-10 years.
